Step One
Secure your spot & Submit your materials
Schedule a free 20-minute discovery call so we can talk through your goals, walk you through what’s included, and answer any questions.
After the call, if you choose to move forward, you’ll receive an intake form, a checklist, and a link to submit payment.
Work officially begins once everything is submitted, so the sooner we connect, the sooner your website can get underway.
Step Two
We Build Your Site Behind the Scenes
Once your materials are in, we’ll handle all the tech setup, from WordPress installation to plugin configuration, page layout, menus, and connecting your email form and social links. You’ll get updates along the way, and we’ll reach out if we have any questions during the build.
Step Three
Review, Refine, and Launch
When your site is ready, you’ll get a preview link to review everything and request any small adjustments. Once approved, we’ll hand off the login info and walkthroughs so you feel confident updating your site going forward. Your website is ready to launch – simple, streamlined, and set up for success.
what’s included
What’s included in your website setup:
- Install and configure WordPress
- Set up your chosen theme
- Create and format 5 core pages: Home, About, Contact, Blog, and one additional page (Start Here, Resources, etc.)
- Add the copy and images you provide to the designated pages
- Connect your email opt-in form
- Link your social media accounts
- Install and configure essential plugins
- Add privacy policy and terms of use pages (client-provided content)
- Set up up to 3 navigation menus
- Organize up to 10 blog categories
- Install SSL certificate and basic site settings
- Set up Google Analytics connection
- Light testing to ensure links, forms, and layout are working correctly

- Logo
- Website copy for each page
- Photos and images
- Theme choice (from recommended list)
- Email marketing platform login
- Hosting account login
- Domain name or access to registrar
- Privacy policy and terms (if applicable)
