You know the tasks, the ones that aren’t hard, but never seem to get done.

I help you reclaim your time by taking care of the little details that become overwhelming and hold you back; like content updates, button fixes, admin tasks, and tech support. By taking these off your plate, I help keep things running smoothly so you can stay focused on the bigger-picture work that moves your business or mission forward.


How it works:

Each month you can request up to three tasks from this list:

Website Support (WordPress):

  • Make text updates on an existing page (copy provided by you)
  • Add or update links and buttons
  • Swap out images (provided by you)
  • Add blog post or podcast episode (content provided by you)
  • Update menu or navigation item
  • Make minor design tweaks to a page (like adjusting padding, font sizes, or layout blocks)

Email Marketing (Kit or Flodesk):

  • Upload and format 1 new broadcast or newsletter per month (content provided by you)
  • Add subscribers to a form, tag, or segment
  • Make edits to an existing automation or sequence
  • Update or fix email form display on your site

Systems & Sales Support:

  • Set up one new integration per month (e.g., embedded form, payment button)
  • Upload 1-2 new files or resources to your course platform (Podia, Kajabi, etc.)
  • Make an adjustment to an existing sales page (update text, add a button)

Personalized Support:

  • Email access for “quick” question
  • One 5-minute Loom video per month for training or walk-through

Who is this plan for?

This monthly support plan was designed with past clients in mind, but others may be a great fit, too. If you’re using a self-hosted WordPress site with a Kadence theme, or one of the platforms I support like Kit, Flodesk, or Podia, Kajabi, etc., we may be able to work together. How do we communicate and manage tasks?

All monthly support clients get access to a private client portal powered by LaunchBay. This is where we’ll manage tasks, share files, communicate, and keep everything in one place.
